Grilled perogies??

I love the hammer on the dining table.  I miss the days where my dining room was used for car part storage/repair.

I gave them a quick swim in some boiling water then threw them on the grill in a cast iron pan with some butter to crisp them up. Usually throw onions in too but was in a rush

Some fried onions, sour cream and perhaps crisped bacon bits and shredded cheese......Dude....you're gonna love it. Got a Polish food shop in town.....most of the staff speak only Polish....their store made perogies are beauty and then some.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"
