Bachelor Night Bratwurst

No one else home, and I'm hungry!

Break out the aluminum topped utility table with side burner, and a SJG:



Add some beer, brats, and a skillet of onions and sauerkraut:


Grill those brats, and then toast the rolls:


Time to eat!

Anyone else notice that a dude home alone cooks 5 brats?!?!

I noticed that too.  What a weirdo!  ;)   I would never cook 5 of them for myself, just 4!  HAHA  They are the easiest leftovers for a quick lunch the next day or two while working from home.  30-40 second in the microwave, toss it on a bun, add some kethcup, sriracha, mustard and diced onions and get back to work!    And don't give me shit about ketchup on a brat!  I justified this in a previous post....as long as sriracha is involved ketchup is ok on dogs and sausages!  LOL

Girlfriend just let me know her friend has an extra concert ticket for tonight...smiled to myself, gave her the go ahead, then went to the freezer and pulled out a pack of 3 brats from the freezer. It must be bachelor week in AZ!  Thanks for the inspiration @jcnaz!
