SS Performer Upgrade

We're talkin' wood handles, courtesy of Brian. These are Hawaiian Koa. They're real, and they're spectacular! And just try taking a shot like the top one on today's performer! (Now, I gotta clean that vent, but it's a cooker and I'm using it tonight.)

Dinner was great, and I'm not doing dishes! I made a spicy apricot/orange glazed chicken kabob-type thing, with spicy green beans and rice. My wife loved it. Me too!

Those handles look awesome.  I need some for my performer.  Need a new lid and of course a cover.  Could let those sit out in the weather and dry out.  :)
