...and I remember this summer you saying that you would always cook on any grill you owned, so I'm glad to see you sticking to your guns.  Though I would be nervous too!  ;-)

Thanks Mike! I know I said that but I keep finding reasons not to use it now that's it's all detailed. 😁 Like it might rain later, oh it's just a quick cook...hope I'm not changing my tune.

Out of curiosity, how did you get the top vent looking so good?

Using the knowledge from this site. Basically, super fine steel wool, elbow grease, and Mother Mag and Aluminum Polish. I've tried other brands with not nearly as much success. It took me going at it like two or three times though.
