First cook on the Cado...
« on: September 29, 2015, 09:30:43 PM »
Very simple cook on the restored Avocado...pork chops, chicken breasts, and sweet potatoes.  Started off with the chimney starter, and once I got it going added a little apple wood chunks for a bit of smoke.  Tasted very good, and the old kettle had a nice tight seal.  It felt good to get it back to fulfilling its purpose!  Next cook will be on my new red!

From trash to excellent meal.  Nicely done, on the restore and dinner.
