Smoked pork loin

Smoked pork loin I did Saturday on my performer. Smoked with Apple and cherry, rubbed with Texas swine shine.

Had some mashed potatoes and corn with it. The pork loin was definitely the star of the show though .

Took about 3.5 hours between 225 and 250 for temp, pulled at 145 internal, wrapped in foil and put in cooler for an hour
