Friday Stir Fry
« on: September 19, 2015, 07:12:28 AM »
Boneless thighs seasoned with Weber Korean BBQ, pre grilled then thrown into the wok with some veggies and stir fry sauce. Then topped over steamed rice.

Sorry forgot to get plated pics. We devoured this.

That looks really good Craig. You've got the wok stir fry down to a science!

I loves me some stir fry, those on this thread that say it is on the list, do it, buy it now.

Thanks I forgot about that other thread. Same grill too! I need to do that angel hair one again soon. It was to die for. When I do stir fry/fried rice it tends to be either a Tuesday or Friday night... Just how it works out. My red MT and my '75 yellow 22 tend to rotate Asian cuisine duty.
