Just some wings

Had some friends over the other day and cooked up some wings.
Brined the night before.

Put some basic rub on them, Got the grill rolling at about 475, used apple wood, this was batch 2 of 2.

20 minutes in on 2nd batch, time to flip

These were the buffalo wings

These were the BBQ wings

Cooked for about 40 minutes total, sauced up and put over coals quickly for a little char and to crisp up. They were great.

Water, kosher salt, brown sugar, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
