Just curious what wood you went with for pork, and why?  And of course, how'd this turn out?  Sweet looking Kettle, btw.

Looking good Greg.....But why have you not removed the sticker on the front leg?

i'll get that sticker off soon hoss!  :D 

kex - i used applewood because it's the only chunks i had, and i like it with bacon so why not other pork?  was my thought. 

it's resting in a cooler all wrapped up for a while now.  here it was before being done.



i can say the beans are incredible.  :D
