Heck, I'd cross the border just to burn some of that wood and hang out with a fellow kettlehead.

Hey, @DTrainMike , never be afraid to admit that you're a Canuck, I say … eh?

The heading of your thread figured you were from Mass.   :o :o :) :)

Nice to see some enthusiasm!  Well my topic is gonna get Buried in the other board and not many people are visiting the "what's going on". Any ideas about how to make this movement more visible to more MA WKC members?

Perhaps include something in our signatures so folks see it when we post?

I just checked back hoping to see some replies and there you were!!    I don't know how to make it more visible, other than posting something and 'bumping' it.  I am subscribed and I never got a notification either, I just randomly looked.

I'm no where near savvy enough to "work" the forums. Not sure i know what bumping is. But I suppose I'll make sure it's in each of my posts somewhere.

I say if we can mange 6 people it'd be big enough to do a get together. Depending on where this supposed 6 live we could pick a location then.

I would check out this map https://www.zeemaps.com/map?group=728370 and find members in your area. You can pm them or tag them here with the "@" symbol like this:

@DTrainMike >>> should send you a notification
"Have you hugged your Weber today?"

Ok. Checked out the map. Seems 6 was a larger number than I thought!  I noticed I was not on the map myself. I suppose I need to enter my town in my profile?

Yep, entering your profile location helps. You'll get to know others on the site from NE as well. It would be well worth the drive to get together.

Hey Gummi Bear, nice tip!!  I didn't know about the @ thing!!   Mike, it worked!!  ...and to 'bump' a topic, all you do is post something in that thread and it 'bumps' it back to the top of the list.

I'm on the map, but still not to many Qers in these parts.
