The stacker wasn't quite right before nor after the Rtv Red was applied, the latches were probably overkill but it ensures a perfect seal on it whilst adding stability. I cleaned off any crap and wiped down with prepsol before applying the Rtv red.

I'm now awaiting a thermometer dial and hunting high temp grommets to run the maverick probes through with ease

The charcoal grate mod is a must. I really need to do this. I'll have to get some assistance but it has to happen. Every time I see a really nice one like this I get inspired all over again.

This whole set up looked like a fun project - thanks for posting and taking the time to mod!
Keep it simple stupid

I'm actually making up a kit for my mate to make up a replica. I might list it out with measurements and post it up

More updates aka continuous improvement. I got inspired and made a steel partitioner up for a crazy long snake out of junk laying around at work. Should increase burn time significantly.

Outstanding. I would happily buy one of these. Would probably even want one for our WSM-mini.  Serious.

My only concern is with the Red Kettle. Why does it have plastic handles?
You've got to upgrade to some nice Zavods..
The rest of your stuff is spot on and a great addition to your shed.
It appears you have had the addiction for some time and are dealing with it perfectly!
Thanks for sharing..

The Charcoal Basket looks good.
Keep us posted on the progress, you are doing fine.

You sure are pimping it out👍
How's the drip factor going with the lip of the stacker sitting over the bowl and lid?
