Pork Tenderloins......
« on: January 20, 2013, 07:03:46 PM »

Got another chance to do a quick cook (actually feelin' good enough to get up & runnin' )

Coals & wood, I've been using some hard oak I  got last year around Super Bowl time....

All juiced up....

Beginning to toast away....

Baste early in the cook (only early as the raw meat was sitting in the sauce )

Broast awhile....

Carve up....

And the plate....

These are one of my favorites, very extra tender, great leftover sammies !!!!

Very nice! Tenderloin is pretty difficult because it's so lean. It tends to be dry as a result. Looks like you've avoided that.

Thanks, Craig &
Ron & Hank & Mr. Duke !!!

Yeah, I rarely screw around with NOT injecting them.......

Favorite one might be simple Lawry's Lemon / Pepper, strained & injected all thru...........

Nice cook Buckie! I enjoy them too. Usually only when they go on sale. I make a Dijon/Bernaise to serve with these tender bites.
