Thank you sir.  Nice to be back.  High school baseball season is over (got two playoff games, finished a very respectable 19-10) so Weber Kettle season begins!

I'll say you did! Looks great Stu.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Those ribs look fantastic! What's that on top? Some sort of sauce or chutney?

Right you are!

Its a sweet jalapeno relish that I make.  A few Jalies and a couple of Fresnos chopped up into relish, then jarred for a few days with sugar, lime zest and a bit of lime juice.  Sweet taste, warm to caliente finish.

Thanks guys.

Thank you.  Definitely what I was shooting for.  First bigger sized cook in a long time, so I wanted to do it up right.  I think the color of the relish meshes well with the smoke ring and bark.

That's a great looking meal Stu, and I love the purpose built BBQ pad! 8)

Hope all is well!
