More Kofte's
« on: May 19, 2015, 02:03:57 PM »
Apparently Kofte's were on quite a few menus last weekend, including mine. First time making, came out pretty good. Made lamb and chicken.  Day before, grilled some beef and pork marinated in an Armenian marinate purchased from Armenian Market. Kofte's were hand made.

"Awesome. Meat on a stick is even better than toast on a stick!"

-Larry "Bud" Melman (as far as you know)

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
