Last entry from the 2015 spring break cooks
This one started with a whole packer seasoned liberally with Montreal steak seasoning
Let the WSM get the call today, got to use all three of my Webers this week.
Going into the smoke, hickory and a little apple, coshell for heat
Once it looked like a meteor I wrapped it in foil. Not my usual play, but I got it on a little later than I hoped and needed it ready by dinner time.
Put on some trout and brats to hold us over

And burnt ends (sorry for the blurry pic, I was fighting off the vultures at this point)
And now it's back to reality...
