18.5 hinge grate

Ebay currently has an auction for an 18.5 hinge grate. I didn't realize that the hinged grates were available for 18.5 grills? Naturally, my first assumption was that this was somthing that was only available on 18.5 OTG.  Does anyone know if this was standard on the 18.5 OTS as well?

Don't know how they came new, maybe the Gold only, but I grabbed a bunch of 'em for 1/2 price from Target.......

they close out BBQ stuff every year right when the back-to-school stuff needs to occupy shelf space

I believe it is only standard on the OTG.  Like the 22s the OTS comes with the standard (non-hinged) grate.
