I don't remember ever grilling this late, but the kids requested this for after the school dance.

I used prime sirloin and boneless, skinless thighs from Costco. The beef got sprinkled with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper and the thighs were marinated in Kikkoman teriyaki sauce for about an hour. After grilling, it all got sauced with Surf Brothers teriyaki sauce.

Not too much effort and the kids love it!
