Back-Yard Southern Style Seasoning
« on: December 28, 2012, 06:16:29 PM »
Has anyone tried this?   I found it at my small Nieghborhood grocery store.  Not too bad....I like that it isn't salty, but ok flavor..  Only 3.99 so not too bad.

I don't believe I've heard of this seasoning before. But if YOU like it and the price is right...I'd make it part of your BBQ repertoire. Of course, if you were to send some you finished product up my way I could give you a better opinion  ;D

I'll do any kind of rub at least once. This one looks tasty.

Of course I have bought others that aren't worth mentioning.  But this ones ok.

I hear ya Chad.....  I grew up on Morton Season-all ....and that's my goto when in a hurry. And my kids really like it as well.

I've used that rub. Got it in Dothan, AL on the way home from Florida a couple of years ago. I liked it. Wouldn't compete with it, but fine for using at home.
