Looks great! No kettle cooking for me today   . However I will be doing a 9.5 prime rib this weekend when family comes to visit. Only question that remains is... which kettle to use?

Trying to get Webers in the mix.

We made tamales yesterday, but today I'm warming tortillas on the flattop for flautas, and frying fresh tortilla chips in the wok using the kettle gasser.

When they're ready, the flautas will be fired in the wok as well.
