1st Turkey on the Performer

Since I didn't get to cook the turkey on Thanksgiving, we did one tonight for dinner. Was going to use the new roti but the freakin motor didn't work. Well, had to go to plan B. Here it is, a 14 lb bird.

Man that looks good!!! If you have time to make soup out of the left overs you will not believe how taste it is (smokey).

Plan B looks darn good to me, I thought I was done with Turkey for a while but I wouldn't turn away from that bird
