outside Temp








That's ice on the gauge, it didn't last long.


Temp is running at 350 outside about 25.

Yup - those birds look beauty!  The setup is super fine too. I want to make one of those roti kettles for someone I owe a favor to.

Turkeys look great and i like the roti set up!
Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......
