ABT’s & Stuffed Veggies
« on: November 19, 2014, 02:05:43 PM »
The hardware, all disposable for ease of cleaning. Poked wholes through out the foil containers to allow the smoke to get to the food

The stuffing

The Veggies:
- Hollowed Zucchini halves each filled with a link of Brats (without the casing). The zucchinis will be topped with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese later.

Green, Yellow, and red peppers stuffed with a mixture of potatoes, cabbage, onions, bacon, and spices. The peppers are also topped with strips of bacon.

- Jalapenos stuffed with Jack cheese, Salami and mozzarella cheese. The Jalapenos were wrapped in bacon and topped with a piece of loose Brats. Used disposable muffin tins, flipped them upside down and poked a hole big enough to match each individual pepper.

- Roma tomatoes stuffed with a mixture of ground beef (cooked), onions, fresh basil, and pine nuts. The tomatoes were topped with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese.

All ready for the smoker

Onto the smoker at 300 degrees, also added some Brats

2 hours later

And dinner was served :)
