Mediterranean Feast
« on: November 01, 2014, 10:02:51 AM »
I made this feast for a graduation party a while back :)
Started with mixed veggies on the smoker

Added Cornish Hens

Hens were done

Also grilled Racks of lamb

Sliced them into chops

Made Mediterranean fried rice on the Disc

Topped the rice with the lamb chops, Cornish Hens halves, ground lamb and pine nuts

The Roasted smoked veggies

Of course, I made all the usual sides…
Grape leaves

Kibbeh Balls (ground lamb, cracked wheat and pine nuts)

Baba ghanoush

Hummus

Yogurt sauce, red pepper dip and mixed pickles

And of course tabbouleh salad (parsley& cracked wheat salad)

Lots of work, but what a feast!!! :)

The Cornish hens look amazing and the feast is more than worthy.  "Damn Good, Served Here", is what the sign should read.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"
