Looks real good.  That is also one of my favorite bbq combos!!

Thanks everyone! I threw it on around 9am and pulled it a little after five. I would say a good eight hours. It hovered around 250 and then I cranked it up around 350 toward the end.

That looks like a great dinner.   So what was the reason for turning it up to 350 at the end?  Were you trying to finish it up quicker?

Looks like a butt to me. I could be wrong though.

Did you cook those sweet potatoes w/o any foil? I smoke them on the WSM with no foil, scoop out the meat into a bowl, add butter, brown sugar, garlic and chipotle. Awesomeness.

I sometimes do them unwrapped, but I like to eat the skin, so wrapping makes it really soft as opposed to a little crispy or charred. I like your idea though and may give it a try soon.
