Possible gas or electric kettle

What do you guys think? They said its charcoal but it don't look like any charcoal kettle I've ever seen.

Looks to be happy cooker. Many of the gas kettles get converted to charcoal when the components burn out, but this doesn't have the taller handle or the bottle rack and the control panel area does not look like it has any sort of control protruding

Hmm thanks for your help, i did notice the shorter handle but i thought happy cookers had the  same sort of three legs design as the average weber kettle

They also have one that looks like the weber gassers & electric kettles but was charcoal with an internal ash pan

Happy Cooker. Looks to have the adjustable height charcoal grates. I'd love to find a bright red one of these.
