Go to bbqpitboys.com , they have hundreds of videos that will help you out......they will really help you out with two zone cooking since most of what they do is either indirect or a combination of direct and indirect cooking. They have a bunch of videos on just different burger cook ups too. As a side note, the recipe for their bacon cornbread is GREAT!!!

This is great advice, I found that site very helpful as well! I will have to try their bacon cornbread now...  :)

DSHEP, one other thing, which I am sure you already can appreciate:   

Keep at it.  Keep trying new methods (based on the experience of others) until you find what works for you and the particular items you are cooking.  On eof the most important aspects of 'learning' is 'doing'.
