Yes, post up the recipe and method you use on that cook in it's own thread.   (So it's searchable)  My family would go nuts!

Hmm, I can't say I have a favorite cook. I enjoy them all. I could be cooking hot dogs and frozen hamburgers and I'll be having fun.

I enjoy all sorts of meat, however, I have to say beef is always a great choice. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.. you can never go wrong!

I lo e doing long cooks during the weekend.  Brisket, or beef ribs.  My favorite go to cook during a week night has got to be breaded chicken thighs on the kettle with a cast iron skillet of sliced potatoes.

I love the smell of a evening cook...
