Just curious, why the cinder block bbq and not two webers for the tri's?

I use split logs of red oak to do my tri tips.

Muenster, bacon & tri-tip is my best guess
Any particulars on how you do your tips ? (Approx. heat, time , finish temp ?)
Just always wonder how folks go about that cut ~~>
