I guess they were only around a few years and then discontinued , from what I found here .
 
I picked up a 2004 today , cleaned up really nice,  no chips , no dents , hinged grill grate and cover.






Grill grates are soaking

One of my local Ace Hardare stores still has a new black one in stock.  They are still asking full retail for it.  If it was blue, I probably would have caved.

That's a nice looking 18 Gold, Idahawk!

If colors are your thing, keep an eye out for older One-Touch 18s and convert them.
That's what I did, and it gets a lot of use. Colored kettles are quite rare up here, and colored 18s are almost non-existent.
