Caring Meals

I signed up at our Church to help cook meals for families that don't have time to cook for themselves due to surgery, or taking care of a family member,etc. The organization is called Caring Meals. This is only my second time making a meal for someone but thought I would share the pics.

Some chicken thighs seasoned with Chef Merito chicken seasoning over mesquite lump. Also cooked a couple chubs of Jimmy Dean sausages for making breakfasts faster and easier. One was for them and one was for us.




Some white rice, the chub of sausage, and some Normady veggies

That's a great thing you are doing to help and serve others.  I like it!  However I do feel bad for the other people bringing meals... how are they ever going to live up to that spread?

Nice job...whoever is lucky enough to have some of what you made is gonna be spoiled!!  Then next time they'll be mad when the get someone else's cooking!
