Here is what I did with my hamburgers the other day on the Smokey  Joe. Sorry I must have missed the plate shot.
 








Two '86 Red OT 22's (sold one G), '85 Red OT 22, '88 Red OT 22's, '93 Red MT 22 (aka Donna), '93 Red SS Performer (non-gas and non-casters), '02 Green OTP( my brother in law has it now), '04 Green OTG

We often make it too complicated; I appreciate how the onion is just right there on the grate, no griddle needed, no veggie pan needed ...

Yes I love the onion on the grill with a little smoke. But if you have had your onion on top of the cheese and it slipped out of your burger onto the plate. I have the answer put it on the burger then the cheese you will not have that issue any more!

Looking for--- a yellow mbh any size, sequoia ( I know I am dreaming), avocado any size, brownie any size.
