Yeah, a cast iron griddle pan or pizza pan would work too. Just not as large as the 22 pan.
That was definitely a good find.. 8)

hey @zavod44 What did u end up doing with the blue perfomer bowl and lid assembly.  I want one to install onto my SS performer frame.
