almost done

In all seriousness, I joke about owning a Kamado on the Weber forum it is, if anything fun to have.  I will always say that my Webers are my go to's and the most versatile.

Nice. How did the foil/no foil go?

a report to follow the no foil was a lot thinner rib so I thought I would try not foiling it.  Probably a lot smokier.......

Looks great.  I usually do the same : foil with brown sugar butter or just cheap kraft bbq sauce and some with no foil.

Like that Kamado. I am picking up a vintage Kamado or Hibachi Pot on Sunday.  WWII era so I am told.

Wow Jeff! They look fantastic! Top effort. Have you tried the same ribs/method on a kettle and how does it compare to the Kamado?
