Been away so long, figured I would update the hunting camp cook we did in November.
Didnt take a picture of the brisket, but it was delicious.
Ran the WSM 22 for about a day and a half straight. Of course this is hunting camp, so we didnt spend a whole lot of time making it pretty with trimming etc. It was all about making alot of food.

My buddy's father hated it all. Claimed it was so spicy he couldnt eat it, but trust me when I say it was very tame. He has no tolerance for even black pepper. We made friends with a neighbor who absolutely loved the meals we made.
