Sundays dinner
« on: July 23, 2013, 01:56:48 AM »
Forgot to take any photos of the cook but the ribs and ABTs were done on the red MT (with hickory) with the tr-tip steak done on the black GA with CI grates.

ABTs with haloumi and covered in MH GP rub, ribs with MH GP rub and D.L. Jardine's 5-Star ranch rub, and tri-tip steak with Tatonka Dust (and wasabi EVOO).

Thanks for lookin'.

Ken
