...they are great!

I called up as my 2011 plastic performer table started to crack around one of the screws.  I am out of the 2 year warranty and they replaced it no questions asked.  I then asked about getting new caps for my dads B code I restored and they threw that in for free.  Amazing.

I have never had such great CS before to be honest and things like this is why I will never stray away from this company.

Agreed, my interaction with them has been exemplary as well.  Makes you feel even better about its product.

One time I melted a handle on my WSM (long story...) and I called customer service to PURCHASE a new handle and they refused to let me buy it!

They sent me a replacement fo' free!   ;D
