Smokin' Gal's at it again....burnt ends from a 50 day dry-aged Waygu brisket......

It's so far beyond BBQ, it's from another planet....... :o


Amended.....this is just before the cutting to chunks for ends....

The one brisket i did, i made burnt ends and loved them!   That do look good.
Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......

The smoking the whole meal ones & a lot of the ones with desserts are incredible.....she used to do this stuff on a Weber kettle, then got an offset & a BGE.............
