Had the 2023 Brisbane Weber Kettle Club Meetup today and I was the host with the most.

I chose to do a 40lb split hog on my Chandon white ranch.
My first time splitting a hog instead of doing it running style.

My new favourite way of doing hogs. So good!!!

Full of moisture and flavour.
