Who says you can't have fun with a Weber Gasser?!?!  I mowed grass all day and Kellee took care of laundry and grocery shopping... She said, "Tonight's dinner will be Filet Mignon with sautéed mushrooms and green beans."  I couldn't have been happier......topped off with my favorite beer thanks to an awesome grill fella @AZ2FL an amazing finish to an amazing weekend....

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Sometimes we leave the stems on if we're slicing them thinly, but for this we pop 'em off.  I'm used to popping the stem off when making stuffed mushrooms and just automatically do it when wiping them off.  These are a great low carb side item to go with a juicy steak.
