(and jeeps)

This guy was a standard black Ep310 with a clean floor, excellent cast iron grates and porcelain drip tray.

The grates, lid and doors got swapped for Crimson on a last gen side controls 310

Used a 330 firebox and side burner off a NG genny and swapped the orifice on the burner for LP. Removed the sear valve and plugged it then was able to sell that guy as a natrual gas 310 with the old manifold and shelves.

Bought a new manifold for Lp 330.

Then found set of GBS grates at target.com of all places for $80 free shipping, didn't plan on these but have been using the charcoal accessories alot and thought it might work well with the sear burner.

Finally I had to nerd it up a bit with
A bb8 igniter
A empire sear station
Some WW appreciation as an ode to the wife
And baby Yoda looking like I do when I use the gas grill.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Damn nice grill. Any cutting involved in getting those grates to fit?

Welcome

I did the similar mod to my grates for the copper E330

CI wok fits nicely right over sear burner
