Did some stuffed jalapeños today. Cream cheese, Mexican blend shredded cheese, hot sausage, various seasonings to taste, all mixed and loaded into halved and seeded jalapeños then onto the Weber. Relatively easy and always a favorite around here

That gives me a new idea on fixing these, as I always do similar, but wrap in bacon. I might try these without the bacon next time!
Thanks for posting.

SMOKE FREAK

Do you cook the sausage before you add it to the mix?

mdjason

Thanks for the replies everyone and yes smoke freak didn't mention that but the sausage is pre cooked before going to the Weber

Thanks.
I've seen it done both ways.
Precooked is the way that seems best to me.
