First solo brisket!

My first brisket that I trimmed and cooked by myself. I’m very happy with the smoke ring!

To put things in perspective, the guy who cooked this in HS, and he did this for his fam who came to watch his older brother graduate from HS.  The dude can cook!  Well done.
