Did a tasty pellet cook of Mahi-Mahi. Asparagus, and rice steamed with chicken broth. Turned out very good. Made a great sauce to go with it.

The creamy sauce recipe

1/4 cp finely chopped yellow onion
3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 cp soy sauce
1 15oz can chicken broth
3 cp heavy cream
2 tsp ground black pepper
I also added a tbsp of cornstarch to slightly thicken
Simmer on medium until a boil

Damn! That looks good. I haven't had Mahi Mahi since I was in Hawaii 30 plus years ago. I remember then that it was delicious. Unfortunately, I never see it where I live.
