Tonight’s cook for the next...
« on: March 06, 2021, 04:23:49 PM »
So had some time to prepare a few days meals plus a surprise for the American Legion I belong to. I’m a SAL member my dad served in NAM.

So on the menu for the family I did chicken that I forgot to take pictures of, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, tenderloin stuffed with cheddar bratwurst, to add another pork to it prosciutto wrapped, and a grilled sandwich ring, for the Legion I’m doing a 10lb pork shoulder and after seeing it shrink I’m doing another tomorrow.

Wish me luck the shoulder had a stall 🤬

@AZ2FL thanks it’s a bit of work but well worth it. This is the 2nd time smoking with the GB and for this small of a pork shoulder I’ll use the 22” next time. I ended up using double the normal charcoal with the 26”... but still fun to do.
