Hello grillers!

I have been cooking on Weber kettles for over 20 years now. Starting with a green Master-Touch that we my brother gave me as a wedding present, and have moved on to a black 26.75" One Touch Gold that was a Father's' Day gift in 2014. We also have a mid-90s Smokey Joe from my wife's apartment-dwelling days that has not seen use in a long time. The big black kettle is used at least once per week, year-round, in every kind of weather imaginable.

I'm hoping to find helpful info here regarding the '98 Master-Touch, but I will let that be the subject of its own post.
