Whats good to everyone in this fine group!!! Greg here, born and raised and grilling in Washington DC since 1981!! Which is awesome, I can see that some of you have grills older that me, and they look amazing! lol! I've always loved the sweet smell of wood and charcoal being used to cook, flavor and cure meats, and its not just a style of cooking, I believe it to be a true art. Looking forward to getting to know different people and learning and teaching new tricks!!
