Some Vietnamese pork sausage on the plum. No idea what's in it but i just love this sausage.  Sweet, savory and slightly spicy. My friend's mom makes it for me.

Didn't add any wood chunk.  The lump along with the oily drippings add enough smoke on the meat without overpowering it.
