Need some ideas for a rubb and any tips for smoking a spiral ham for Christmas! 20 lbs ham smoke over kingfords charcoal. Any help would be great appreciated!! Merry Christmas everyone!!

I don't rub a ham. I baste it with pineapple juice and smoke it with apple wood.
