Currently cookin marinated chicken thighs and legs, indirect with SnS.   Red beans and rice as a side.

Didn’t get any pics today.  Been sick today but had 2 8lb Pork Butts on the PBC. Cooked them for close to 9 hours and pulled them off at 196.  Need to get me a good leave in thermo to take out the guess work. They were super good though
