I still cant get over how well the performer cooks.

Just some burgers

Showing the heated c&b lid and a brewski

Time for cheese

Who wanted theirs well done???

I'll stick with medium myself

Even the simple things come out great on charcoal.

And a covered cooker is great for melting the cheese. Looks good!
